Depending on the type of communication or service, we may process in particular the following data:

• the content of the message, enquiry or request,

We process personal data mainly for the following purposes:

• handling an enquiry and preparing a price quotation,

• concluding and fulfilling a contractual relationship,
• service and project communication,
• protecting the website, IT infrastructure and the controller's legitimate interests,
• statistical evaluation of traffic, if the necessary consent has been granted.

The legal basis for processing may include in particular:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract,
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests, for example when protecting the website, communication security or evidencing legal claims,
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - processing is based on consent, especially in relation to optional cookies or marketing tools.

We do not publish your data. To the necessary extent, we may disclose it to trusted providers of technical or operational services, such as hosting, website administration or analytics tools.

We do not normally carry out cross-border transfers of data outside the European Economic Area. If such a transfer were exceptionally required, it would only take place with appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR.

Automated individual decision-making, including profiling for legal or similarly significant purposes, is not performed.

We retain data only for the period necessary according to the purpose of processing, contractual relationships, legal obligations and the time limits needed to protect our legal claims. After this period, we delete or anonymise the data.

• request restriction of processing,
• obtain data in a portable format if permitted by the legal basis of processing,
• object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent at any time if processing is based on consent.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is contrary to GDPR or applicable legislation, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In the Slovak Republic, this authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
