Foss AS Fiberoptisk Systemsalg is a Norwegian company that has been dealing with fiber optic technologies since 1984. More than 130 employees at plants in Norway and Slovakia annually produce more than 2 million high-quality optical endpoint connectors, which they supply for critical infrastructure worldwide.

KOOR is the largest purely Slovak company providing energy services. It was established in 2010 and since then it has been involved in the implementation of projects that increase the efficiency of heating plants and reduce the energy intensity of buildings.

FRUJO a.s. belongs to the major Czech producers of food components applied in various branches of the food industry. The production program is focused primarily on fruit and vegetable components designed for the dairy and fat industries. BIO-certified and Clean Label components have been the most sophisticated chapter in the production portfolio since 2007.

AGRO TAMI, a. s. was established in 1993 by a gradual transformation from the original agricultural cooperative in 1932 and the subsequent launch of the dairy plant in 1970. It supplies the market with quality Slovak dairy products, which also hold ISO certificates. They received the renowned title Quality Mark SK and the title Dairy Product of the Year. 

The company Plastcom, spol. s r.o., was founded in 1991 with a focus on trade in chemical raw materials. Since 1996, he has been engaged in the production of construction plastics for injection molding based on thermoplastics.

Plastcom, spol. s r.o., deals with the development, production, recycling and application of construction plastics for injection molding, including technical support.

The optiTECH solutions follow the optiMES MES system. The goal was, similarly to the optiMES system, to standardize the core of the solution so that the deployment of the aed process was fast, flexible and from the first moment of deployment the whole system was stable and delivered results without unnecessary worries and classic problems.

Orkla Foods in our region known mainly for food brands Hamé, Vitana, OTMA, Masox, Májka, DOMA, Znojmia, BASK ... is the 2nd largest producer of packaged food products in the Czech Republic and 4th in Slovakia.

STAVOPLAST spol. s r.o. was founded in 1994. The basic intention of the company is to produce plastic products by injection molding technology, for all industries. The optiMES system integrates the new SIGMATEK injection molding machines in real time.

Boni Fructi, Ltd. was founded in 1999 to offer domestic fruits and vegetables as well as goods imported from abroad on the Slovak market. More than 650 regular and seasonal workers from several EU countries and beyond use the optiMES system at dozens of different workplaces.

BRONAS was founded in 1992 with the aim of operating a company focused on the production of injection molds, molds for the production of light alloys, precision tools for the production of sheet metal parts.

MGL s.r.o. was founded in 1991 for the production of parts for the aerospace industry. It currently also covers the parts portfolio for the automotive, construction and electrical industries.

The time has come for lean businesses, with high added value, with aed processes. Businesses with close management and clear goals.

The companies that manage this transformation best will be the winners in the market. The current situation (coronary crisis restrictions, etc.) has also shown that this is the right way to go. We have implemented a comprehensive control system for production, purchase, sale, assembly / packaging, traceability, warehouses, quality and connection to the ERP system, safety systems, connection to the compressor room, ammonia management, boiler room, heat management. The aim of the project was to deploy all business cricital production processes on a new platform meeting the standards of modern food production.

In cooperation with the company Domat Controls, we carried out measurement and regulation of boiler rooms, air-conditioning units and regulation of accommodation spaces in the newly opened Salaš Rovná Hora facility.

Parts of the Siemens S7 1200 control system for controlling and indicating flow levels using Sick pressure sensors for tank level sensing and Badgermeter flow meters for flow control. For the operator level of control, touch panels are used where it is possible to monitor and control the production process by visualizing the entire process.
