Integrations

Production system optiMES is open MES/MRP/MOM system, it supports integration to many information systems, devices and machines.  

 

optiMES supported layers:

Data acquisition - production monitoring and data capturing.

We collect data from all machines and devices You want to monitor. 

Acquired data are intergrated, harmonized and aggregated to meaningfull reporting or for next automation purposes.

Supported data acquisition interfaces:

  • PLC control logic systems: SIEMENS S5/S7/Sinumerik, B&R, Beckhoff, Schneider Electric/Modicon/TSX/, Omron, ABB, YASKAWA, DOMAT, HeidenHein, FANUC 
  • Protocols: RS232/RS485, OPC DA, OPC UA, MODBUS, Siemens PROFINET, EUROMAP 77, ethernet protocols (REST API, web service)
  • Non-PLC systems: relay system grabbing, power metering parameters measurement

  • Barcode reader: RS232 / USB interface, possibly in combination with MOXA ethernet adapter

    • SMS gateway
  • Application servers:
    • API server: interface for e-shop connection or data provision for ERP and other systems, eg: cash register systems, payment gateways
    • Datawedge: a server for mediating data between a cloud server and local devices and machines
    • Printserver: automated preparation and sending of PDF reports
  • Scales:
    • Serial interface: RS232 / RS485: directly connected to COM serial line or via MOXA converter
      • One-way continuous communication: read only
      • Two-way communication: request / response
  • Machines:
    • Siemens S7: connector for Siemens PLC
    • Deltalogic S7 for MPI port: connector for MPI profibus
    • Modbus TCP/RTU: modbus over Ethernet or serial line
    • OPC DA
